LO1 analyzes the historical and philosophical knowledge of the development of science, the principles of the organization of scientific research, ways to achieve and build scientific knowledge;
LO2 compares the principles of the educational policy of Kazakhstan and the countries of the world to identify strategies and values, and design recommendations for innovations in education;
LO3 designs the pedagogical process at the university on the basis of knowledge of didactics and theory of education of higher education in the conditions of the credit system of education, to search for new approaches and methods for the effective solution of professional tasks to ensure the quality of education;

LO6 categorizes the correlation of the scientific foundations of measurement with the practice-oriented orientation of the development of test tasks to test general subject and practical skills, the quality of knowledge of trainees as objects of measurement;
LO7 substantiates the empirical features of the selection of measurement tools in education and science based on modern means of monitoring and diagnostics of the level of training and education of students that meet the requirements for the system of indicators and indicators;
LO8 calculates computer design, processing and expert analysis of the content of test tasks for the development of scaling and ensuring high objectivity, reliability and validity of measurement results in education;
LO9 summarizes the results of expert evaluation of educational programs, textbooks, textbooks, professional achievements of a teacher based on the methodology and methods of professional and analytical examination procedures to assess the reliability of the degree of reasoned data and product compliance with established requirements and standards;
