ANNOUNCEMENTS ABOUT THE SELECTION OF PERFORMERS (RECRUITING COMPANIES)
Announcements about the selection of performers (recruiting companies) as part of the selection procedure for the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The University will select service providers to attract and accompany international students.
To qualify for participation, potential performers must meet the following criteria:
- Be a legal entity, branch or representative office of a foreign company in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting foreign students to universities.
- Have your own or long-term rented accommodation for at least 50 international students (or the number of students indicated in the application).
- The existence of an employment relationship with a potential Contractor with at least one representative in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Have no tax arrears for the last 2 years of activity
- Pay a guarantee fee of 5% of the total tuition fee for each declared number of attracted students in the application.
- Not to have unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded contracts with the university, including the absence of overdue student tuition fees.

Application for participation in the selection
Potential performers must submit the following documents to the university:
- Certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity in the Republic of Kazakhstan or certificate of a registered branch or representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- A copy of the identity document of the first head, applicant, founder, if the founder is a legal entity, then the constituent documents of the legal entity.
- A copy of the charter of a legal entity registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan or the regulations on the branch of a foreign legal entity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Copies of the title documents for the premises sufficient to accommodate the declared number of students (purchase and sale, etc.) or a lease agreement (if the contractor is not the owner of the premises) for the duration of the entire course of study of students.
- A bank statement of cash flows for one year (financial statements) preceding the selected year to confirm financial stability.
- Copies of employment orders (director, representative).
- Certificate of absence of tax arrears.
- A copy of the payment document on the deposit of a guarantee fee to the university's bank account in the amount provided for in paragraph 6.1. of this procedure.
The University will review the submitted documents and select potential performers who best meet the criteria.
The selected potential performers will be interviewed by the selection committee.
With the selected performers, the University will conclude a contract for the provision of services for recruiting and accompanying foreign students.
