ON1. Analyze the history, theory, methodology and current state of development of Turkological research in Kazakhstan and abroad; tangible and intangible cultural monuments and sources of the Turkic peoples.
ON2. To classify the features of the development of Nomad culture, the historical periods of the Turkic peoples and the processes of change of the Kipchak, Oguz and Karluk language groups.
ON3. To use the Turkological sources of the ancient and medieval periods for the analysis of written monuments on the basis of modern theoretical and methodological research methods with the conceptual specifics of Turkological knowledge.
ON4. To solve the problems of the basic concepts in the field of the theory of Turkic literature in practice for the analysis of the artistic works of the Turkic peoples.
