  • Description - The purpose of the discipline. . The purpose of the discipline: to develop skills in human resource management, planning and staffing. As a result of studying the discipline, the master student will be able to: 1. to develop proposals in the field of HR aimed at achieving strategic business goals for the short, medium and long term; 2. To build a logic and a step-by-step acceptance of the managerial decision in the field of effective management of human resources; 3. analyze the state and development trends of the labor market in terms of ensuring the organization's need for human resources and assess the organization's position in the labor market; 4. Apply methods to develop a training program for employees and evaluate their effectiveness by applying different methods of evaluation and attestation of employees; 5. to develop and accompany the process of determining key performance indicators (KPI) of employees, by which performance is determined; Purpose of discipline. The discipline is designed to develop the ability to improve personnel assessment systems, increase labor productivity, rational use of existing labor resources by the effectiveness of the organization’s personnel. The content of the program should convey to students the conceptual and methodological foundations of working with the personnel of organizations at different stages of their development, to form the students' skills in putting into practice the techniques and methods of personnel management. The discipline "Human Resource Management" covers issues, creating organizational and economic conditions for effective work, increasing the professional competence of employees. In studying the discipline, the following topics will be considered: improving personnel assessment systems, especially the use of the KPI system, increasing labor productivity, the rational use of existing labor resources; staff development; creating organizational and economic conditions for effective work, increasing the professional competence of employees; motivation methods.
