1. Conduct research in the field of social work aimed at assessing the needs of the population and assessing the effectiveness of social programs;
2. Demonstrate knowledge of social policy through a global lens with an emphasis on social justice and influence.
3. Interpret the respective roles of the public, private and non-profit sectors in meeting the needs of citizens.
4. Understand and critically assess key changes in social policy through a global lens, seeking to find sustainable solutions, while taking into account the competing factors of social policy and the economy.
5. Provide consulting services on issues of state social support and conduct supervision in order to improve the efficiency of social work in social institutions;
6. Manage social organizations using knowledge in the fields of finance, organizational development, management psychology and work;
7. To assess the effectiveness of social service institutions, the quality and availability of special social services, to design measures to improve them, including through digitalization in the management of the social sphere;
8. Develop social projects and social programs aimed at improving the well-being of the population, empowering vulnerable groups;
9. Analyze problems and design measures to involve non-state actors in the provision of social services to the population; compare and find differences in the management of social services, the processes of their activities using the knowledge of the psychology of management and the specifics of management in social work;
10. Develop social and educational programs and educational projects and be prepared for practical psychological and educational activities;
11. Develop methodological support for academic disciplines in the field of social work and conduct theoretical and practical classes using multimedia and innovative technologies;
12. Interact with state and non-state actors of social service, respecting the ethical principles of social work.
