I. Required Documents for Admission to Language Courses

1. Notarized translations of documents

• Diploma or secondary school certificate – two (2) notarized copies translated into Russian or Kazakh;
• Academic transcript – two (2) notarized copies translated into Russian or Kazakh;
• Passport – two (2) notarized copies translated into Russian or Kazakh.

Important: All documents must be translated and notarized in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Passport-size photographs (3 × 4 cm)

Applicants must submit two (2) recent color photographs taken within the last six months on a plain white or off-white background.

3. Completed application form

4. Education Agreement with Al-Farabi Kazakh National University

5. Full payment (100%) of the tuition fee

II. Required Documents for Obtaining an Invitation Letter

• Copy of passport;
• Completed visa application form;
• Visa fee payment (0.5 Monthly Calculation Index – MCI);
• Education Agreement;
• Admission Order.

Within two (2) working days after entering the Republic of Kazakhstan, students are required to notify the Passport Office of their arrival.

Please bring the following documents:

• Copy of passport;
• Copy of visa;
• Copy of the border entry stamp.
