Preparatory courses
The faculty of pre-university education of Kazakh National University Al-Farabi was established in 2011 on the basis of the preparatory faculty for foreign citizens, which was opened in 1985.
From the establishment of the faculty until today, students from more than 100 countries of the world, namely the USA, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Iran, Afghanistan, the Philippines, the People's Republic of China, Yemen, Jordan, Egypt, More than 7,000 foreigners from Singapore, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Latvia, Kyrgyzstan received education.
The Department of Language and General Educational Preparation of Foreigners and the Department of Pre-University Preparation within the faculty of pre-university education systematically implement the process of preparing future students.
