Admission to the School of students in grades 8-11 is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance exams.
For the entrance exams, the headmaster approves the composition of a commission of three teachers: in the social-humanitarian and natural-mathematical fields, as well as a teacher-psychologist.
To participate in the competition, you must submit the following documents to the commission:
1) the application of the parent (or persons replacing them);
2) a copy of the child's birth certificate/identity card;
3) a copy of the identity card of the parent (or persons replacing them);
4) an address certificate with a PSC for the child and for one of the parents (or persons replacing them);
5) medical documents: child's health passport, medical certificate form 063, fluorography scan;
6) Certificate of basic secondary education (original);
7) report card of student performance and behavior from grades 1-10;
8) student's portfolio (diplomas, diplomas, certificates, etc. achievement documents)
9) photos of 3x4 - 6 pcs.
Entrance exams consist of two rounds: 1- testing, 2- interview.
For grades 8-9: testing is conducted on the course of mathematics and the language of instruction (Russian or Kazakh) in the scope of curricula for grades 5-9 and logical questions.
For grades 10-11: testing is conducted on the course of mathematics and the language of instruction (Russian or Kazakh) in the scope of curricula for grades 5-10 and logical questions.
The number of test tasks for each subject is 25. The correct answer to each test task is rated with 1 point. The test takes 90 minutes.
The interview is conducted in the form of psychological and analytical questionnaire tests, which determine the student's inclinations towards the learning profile and perception of the material.
The competition is conducted on the basis of points (grades) obtained from the results of entrance exams in the form of tests conducted by the School and the conclusion of the teacher-psychologist after the interview.
Following the results of the competition, the commission sends to the School the lists of students who have reached the threshold level and have received the right to enroll in the School.
Agreements on the provision of educational services in 2 copies are concluded with the parents (other legal representatives) of students who have passed the entrance exams and have reached the threshold level.
After the conclusion of the agreement on the provision of educational services, an order is issued, approved by the rector on enrollment in the School.
To the documents specified in clause 2.3 of this Rule, students submit a personal file with annual marks, certified with the seal of the educational institution, and in the case of admission of a student during the school year, also containing an extract of the student's current marks in all subjects studied, certified with the seal of the educational institution and 1 copy of the educational services agreement.
