The specialized school of al-Farabi Kazakh National University provides high-quality training for students from grades 8 to 11, ensuring a smooth and effective transition from the school format to the university education system. Admission is conducted on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance exams.
The main feature of the modern school model is in—depth training in three highly sought-after specialized areas.:
1. The physics and mathematics department is focused on training future specialists in the field of IT, engineering, space technology, robotics and applied mathematics.
2. The chemical and biological field is aimed at in—depth study of natural sciences for those who plan to link their future with medicine, bioengineering, fundamental chemistry and ecology.
3. Humanitarian field — focuses on language training, international relations, law, journalism and social studies.
