1/10/2012 Council of employers carries out trainings on development of presentation skills
Specially for participants of the SIFE KazNU team the general partner, the member of council of employers, the sponsor of SIFE Kazakhstan the KPMG company carries out trainings on development of presentation skills. We gather 2 groups till 10-12 the person, for registration it is necessary to call in office or to send data on an e-mail sifekaz@gmail.com or career@kaznu.kz.
Training is calculated on full day with coffee break inclusion. Especially important it will be for presenting structure on the National competitions SIFE-2012.

Dear students of 3-4 courses of a bachelor degree, 1-2 courses of a magistracy, PhD doctoral candidates!
We are glad to report about registration on the project «Open chair: Generation of leaders».
Direction of lectures: Leadership, Organizational development, Influence, belief, communication and presentation, Negotiating, Behaviour in the conflict, Management of changes, Strategy, Management, Marketing and communications, Macro and the microeconomics, the Sustainable development, Business, Innovations, Information and IT, Social networks.
English Discussion Club:
Participation in Club the absolutely free. Each listener of the project can tighten English, learn about culture of other countries and it is simple to meet new international students.
Requirements to listeners:
Students of a bachelor degree of 3-4 courses, undergraduates of 1-2 courses, PhD doctoral candidates of all faculties of university (except for students of Faculty of dovuzovsky education and college TREASURY) can become listeners of the project. Listeners will be selected on a competitive basis, according to the current progress, a GPA of GPA and the recommendation of the dean of faculty.
Registration:
The students, wishing to take part in the project should send the data (A surname, the Name of the student, a course, faculty, contacts, the mobile phone and electronic the address) on career@kaznu.kz till January 21 2012г.
On January 25 2012г. lists of listeners of the project which has passed competition will be published in internal system the intranet "University".

We are glad to report to you about start of the second part of the project «Open chair» also. Thanking, to project support by rector Galimkair Mutanov the project «Open chair» develops according to two programs – «The main educational process» and «Generation of leaders». Already today in TREASURY within the Study process program in the main educational process graduates of the Bolashak program on faculty of the international relations, the Higher school of economy and business, faculty of journalism and others are involved. The program «Generation of leaders» assumes, reading disciplines on a guest basis. Listeners of the project «Open chair»: Generation of leaders there are students of generation X, understanding value for career growth, not only knowledge, possession of several languages, understanding of world tendencies, but also ability to absorb and process in tens times more information, to follow development of technologies and the Internet, abilities to build career proceeding, first of all, from personal interests. Within the project «Open chair: Generation of leaders» for listeners English Discussion Club will be organized. Participation in Club the absolutely free. Each listener of the project can tighten English, learn about culture of other countries and it is simple to meet new international students.
Everything that we do, we do for you - our future generation (generation of leaders) in order that at you in life everything turned out that we lived in safe and a prosperous country.

12/21/2011 Online courses from the companies of Council of employers: K-Foundation 2012
Dear students of 3-4 courses of a bachelor degree, 1-2 courses of a magistracy! The KPMG company starts training Online K-Foundation 2012 program which turns on the following blocks: introduction in IFRS, the western account and bases of the Kazakhstan taxation; financial analysis and corporate finance; English; skills of the business letter, skills of carrying out presentations, management of time, business dress-code, etc.; and many other things.
Participation in Online K-Foundation is free. The program is calculated on three months. Everything that is required to you – Internet access.

12/13/2011 KPMG Case Competition
Dear listeners of the project «Open chair» and Global Class!
The KPMG company is started interuniversity competition of business cases: «KPMG Case Competition». This competition is focused on students of older years who will be aimed in the near future at job search in the international companies. Competition will allow them to apply the knowledge, analytical skills and ability to work in team to find the best solution of a case!
The first stage is a selection round which will be led in each university. The won team will represent the university, and to compete with the best students of other universities at the final competition KPMG.
Students will have a chance to compete in the real business environment, to expand the knowledge of business, to develop skills of collaboration and skills of carrying out presentations, to show the talents and to gain experience at professionals of KPMG.
Students of older years of a bachelor degree can participate in competition 3-4 course only. To make an application on participation it is possible as a part of group, i.e. children independently form teams and submit one general application for participation (where individually fill a form of the participant). Groups should consist of 4 participants. Free possession of English is an indispensable condition for all participants. Students should show interest to business, possess strong leader qualities and experience of the solution of complex challenges.
Students send the filled demands from group to (download) on NOsserbayeva@kpmg.kz, having specified in a subject of the letter of "KPMG Case Competition". All groups will receive the notice on receipt. Registration of participants till January 15 2011г.
Teams will be selected proceeding from concrete criteria. Then selection competition will be held. Selection Round - on January 15 - on January 28, 2012 (previously). From students it is required to analyse business a case, to develop strategy of its decision and to present it before jury. The jury consisting of professionals of KPMG, will define the best team from each university which will represent the university at the final competition KPMG.
Winners of selection stages will have an opportunity to represent cвой university at final competition which will take place on February 4 (preliminary date). 6 teams will fight for the Prize and a title of the Champion of KPMG Case Competition 2012.

We congratulate!!! 30 students and 10 teachers TREASURY will hold professional practice in headquarters of the United Nations, in various agencies of the United Nations.
It is necessary to add that such possibility was created after visit of the rector of university and delegation of scientists to headquarters of the United Nations in November, 2011. Besides, it is fruitful activity of scientists, for example, professors TREASURY Akmaral Arystanbekova which adequately represented many years Kazakhstan in the United Nations, and its experience allows to conduct this work at the highest level, marked out Rama Damudaran - Deputy Director, Outreach Division of Department of public information of the United Nations.

On December 8, 2011 in Almaty Association Bolashak with support of the Ministry of Education and Science of RK and Akimat of the city of Almaty holds a forum of employers «Bolashak 2011: Let's construct the future together». The forum is devoted to the 20 anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Association 10 anniversary Bolashak.

12/6/2011 In Treasury Day of youth was handed over by diplomas to the first listeners of the new innovative project «Open chair».
To the 20 anniversary of Independence of Republic Kazakhstan within the limits of 20 star days «Twenty tops of Independence» on December, 3rd it is declared by Day of "Youth". This day at the Kazakh national university of a name al-Farabi in the Academic council boardroom has taken place solemn ceremony of delivery of diplomas to the first listeners of the new innovative project «Open chair».
About the beginning of academic year of 475 students of the Kazakh national university of a name al-Farabi have heard to innovative disciplines of graduates of the program "Bolashak", top-managers of the companies of Council of employers Treasury. The lecturer of the project «Open chair», possessing both international theoretical, and practical knowledge imparted experience with students. All disciplines were taught exclusively in English. Innovative and interactive methods of teaching, use of methods a case-stadi, working out of projects, work in groups, skills of work with the Internet, remote courses and вебинары.
Participating in the program, students develop analytical and creative skills, skills of dialogue and presentation, skills of work in a command, study in the creative approach to realization of ideas, receive experience of a writing of scientific projects according to the international standards. Besides, the program «Open chair» gives to students possibility independently to realize innovative projects in sphere of economy, sociology, formation, preservation of the environment and information technology.
Within the limits of the project the program «Career Mentoring» («Career preceptorship»), directed on students of senior class is effectively used. The program opens direct access to skilled professionals to graduates, which can give advice and recommendations how to plan the career. Students can communicate with the instructor by e-mail, at office of the company or during carrying out of joint social actions.
Ceremony of delivery of diplomas «Open chair» - has passed on the eve of important event - the 20 anniversaries of Independence of Republic Kazakhstan, within the limits of 20 star days «Twenty tops of Independence». The president of Republic Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbaev addressing to youth, time and again underlined, «that you are founders of a modern history of independent Kazakhstan. You - the generation which puts a high lath and takes earlier inaccessible tops. Yours energy, forces and tendency are necessary to Kazakhstan». Today about confidence it is possible to tell that the project «Open chair» - the next Top of Independence.
