On May 20, 2023, in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, the 1st year master's student of the Department of Chinese Studies Orazbayev Sultan was awarded the Ishenbai Abdurazakov special prize of the Kyrgyz-Japanese Business Council at the Central Asian Public Speaking Competition, which was held for the 26th time among students studying Japanese.

The event was organized by the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Asian Olympic Council and the Chinese Consulate General in Almaty
