Meeting with Palestinian writer, advisor of Yasser Arafat

The meeting discussed modern trends in Arabic literature, the status of women in Palestine, and Palestine-Israel relations. She believes that Arabic literature develops in the style of modernity, there is a struggle for equal rights with men, although they adhere to traditions. As for the Palestinian-Israeli relations, in her opinion, Israel conducts an aggressive policy in Palestine.
