In the open European Cup among women, 176 athletes from 26 countries took part. Kazakhstan in seven weight categories presented 16 athletes and won two bronze medals.

Students KazNU Al-Farabi, defending the honor of our elders: skating - Roman Krech, Fedor Mezentsev; Ice Hockey: Aida Olzhabaeva, Meruert Ryspek. The games will be played out 64 sets of medals in 11 sports. Kazakhstan is represented by 116 athletes.
