V- th State Spartakiad "Snow steppe" took place on the 1st of January, 2016 in the Chinese republic. The run on snow-bound locality - on distance 18 kilometres carried out in Dorbilzhin district of China. This type of sport is not developed in Kazakhstan yet, but is very popular in China. Prizewinner - a participant Nurmuhambet Maulen is the student of 1th course of speciality of "Physical Culture and Sport" Of KazNU after Al-Farabi. He ran back this distance for 1 hour 40 minutes and occupied the ІІІ place.
