On the campus of the KazNU. Al-Farabi hosted orienteering competitions among students of universities in Almaty, dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of these competitions is to popularize orienteering among students and the city population, as well as to prepare students for participation in the 10th Summer Universiade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The snow that fell the day before made adjustments - many simply decided not to come to the start.
Students from four universities and pupils of sports schools of the city took part.
All were charged with positive emotions and sunny weather, and also many received invaluable experience in orienteering.
Winners and prize-winners among young men became:
1st place - Nurash Eskhat, KazNU
2 place - Abdrakhman Abzal, KazNU
3rd place - Danilchenko Bogdan, KazNU.
And among the girls the winners and prize-winners are:
1st place - Daria Bliznyuk, ATU
2nd place - Abdikadyrova Aigerim, KazNU
3rd place - Bayzhan Diana, KazNU.
