The final city-wide exhibition-forum "Modern education" was held in Kapchagay on April 19, 2019.

April 12, 2019 in the framework of joint work of the Republican magazine OF "Modern education" in Zhambyl region, in the village of Uzynagash was held a forum on career guidance for students of final classes with the participation of universities of Almaty, including representatives of the Kazakh national University named after al-Farabi.

March 15, 2019 in the framework of joint work of the public Fund "Modern education" was held career guidance forum for students in Talgar.

The delegation of Al-Farabi KazNU headed by Rector, Academician Galym Mutanov, took part in the International Forum «Universities, Society and the Future of Humanity», which was held at M.Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow, RF).

On March 19, the forum was held in the Palace of schoolchildren.

On February 15, 2019 the Autonomous organization of education "Nazarbayev Intellectual schools" in order to carry out information and explanatory work on professional orientation visited al-Farabi Kazakh National university.

On January the 31-st in of the joint work of editors of the journal “Modern Education” in the Almaty region, in the city of Issyk, career guidance work was conducted for high school graduates with universities of Almaty, including representatives al-Farabi Kazakh National university.
