ANNOUNCEMENTS ABOUT THE SELECTION OF PERFORMERS (RECRUITING COMPANIES)
Participation criteria:
Potential performers must meet the following requirements:
1. The existence of state registration as a legal entity, branch or representative office of a foreign company in the Republic of Kazakhstan with a period of activity of at least two years.
2. Work experience in attracting international students to higher education institutions.
3. Availability of own or long-term rented residential premises sufficient to accommodate at least 200 international students (or the number specified in the application).
4. Having an employment relationship with at least one representative of the organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. No tax arrears for the last two years of activity.
6. Payment of a guarantee fee in the amount of 5% of the total tuition fee for the stated number of students.
7. The absence of unfulfilled obligations under previously concluded agreements with the university, including overdue student tuition fees.

Application for participation in the selection
List of documents submitted by potential performers:
1. Certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity in the Republic of Kazakhstan or a certificate of a registered branch/representative office of a foreign company.
2. A copy of the identity document of the first head, applicant, founder;
— if the founder is a legal entity, the constituent documents of the legal entity.
3. A copy of the charter of a legal entity or the regulations of a branch of a foreign legal entity.
4. Copies of title documents for residential premises (purchase and sale and other documents) or a long-term lease agreement providing accommodation for the stated number of students for the entire period of study.
5. Bank statement of cash flow (financial statements) for the previous year to confirm financial stability.
6. Copies of hiring orders for the director and representative of the company.
7. Certificate of absence of tax arrears.
8. A copy of the payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee in accordance with clause 6.1 of the Procedure.
Consideration of applications
The University will review all submitted documents and identify potential performers who meet the criteria.
The selected candidates will be invited for an interview with the selection committee.
Based on the results of the selection, an agreement will be concluded with the executive organizations for the provision of services for attracting and accompanying foreign students.
