10/9/2014 Illuminate your surroundings: Reflections on the Korean 4th oratory contest to possession Hanyang University scholarships
The Department of Korean and Japanese Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, with the participation of the Hanyang and Namseul University (Seoul, Republic of Korea) held a contest of oratory among the students of 1-3 courses of the Korean branch.

Resource and Information Centre on NATO at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Center for International and the Euro-Atlantic Security and Cooperation Studies invite you to participate in the international scientific-practical conference "20 years of cooperation within the framework of the Partnership for Peace Programme: lessons and prospects for further development of cooperation", which will take place from 9th October to the 10th October 2014. An international round table dedicated to the International day of fight for the nuclear weapon liquidation and the 23rd anniversary of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s decree on closing of nuclear testing ground in Semipalatinsk was held on the 26 of September on the faculty of international relations together with social charity fund “Polygon – August 29”, UN informational bureau in Kazakhstan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative office in Almaty and CICA Secretariat.
