The Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted an international scientific seminar "The Legacy of Famous Scientists", dedicated to the outstanding scientist-Turkologist, Professor Igor G. Dobrodomov. The personal library of the scientist was presented to the educational institution.

As I stepped outside my apartment building in Jyväskylä, Finland, the ground was covered in thick snow. The sound of my footsteps on the snow-covered pavement echoes through the quiet surroundings, breaking the stillness of the morning.

The academic year is coming to an end. There are a lot of international students at Al Farabi Kazakh National University who came to our country last year and are completing their first year of study at the Higher School of Medicine. 

Ensuring high-quality education is one of the priority tasks set for the university community. The high quality of education directly affects the competitiveness of future specialists not only in the domestic, but also in the international labor market.

An international conference "Renewable Energy Sources: Skills and Knowledge of the Energy Transition in Kazakhstan and France" was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the participation of French delegation.

The Kazakh nation has many decent sons and daughters who can rightfully be proud of, one of them is a professional, talented scientist, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Bayan Umirbekovna Dzholdasbekova.
