Training sessions at military department of al-Farabi Kazakh National University

According to the program of training of reserve officers at military department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University training sessions with the students who completed a full course of training are held from 27th May to 29th June.

This year on training sessions the students studying at military department of al-Farabi Kazakh National University on the following military specialties are attended: officers of the Air defense of the Army, commanders of motorized rifle divisions, officers of educational structures, military lawyers, military psychologists, military journalists and officers on the organization of physical training and sport.

During training sessions, from 18^th June to 21^st June on the ground of Military institute of Ground forces cadets executed exercises of educational firing practice from small arms, cadets according to the Program of reserve officers for troops of air defense of Ground forces executed fighting firing practice from the ZU-23 antiaircraft emplacement. The vice rector of al-Farabi Kazakh National University Hikmetov Askar Kusupbekovich took part in firearms training.

During training sessions the extensive program of military patriotic and cultural and leisure actions are carried out. These are military and technical quizzes, debate-tournaments, themed evenings, psychological trainings, meetings with veterans of Armed Forces, a sports festival and at the end the review competition of the formation and song. During the review part of competition students showed excellent front bearing and coordination. In an indicative part of the competition the platoons of students presented to participants front receptions with weapon, hand-to-hand fight and a complex of physical exercises under modern music.
