BALANDIN REACHED FINAL AT THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN SOUTH KOREA

Student of Al-Farabi KazNU, Olympic champion Dmitry Balandin will perform in the finals of a 200-meter breaststroke at the World Swimming Championships, which is being held in South Korean Gwangju.

The time that Kazakhstani swimmer has showed in the semifinal is equal to 2:08:19, which is the best result, as experts say, for Dmitry in this season. This is his second final in this tournament. Previously, he has overcome the barrier of the semifinal at a distance of 100 meters breaststroke.

The 200 meters breaststroke final will be held on July 26 at 18.26 (Astana time)
