ARMANZHAN BAYTASOV VISITED THE ALMA MATER

Member of the Board of Directors of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Armanzhan Baytasov visited the alma mater and met with the Chairman of the Board - Rector Zhanseit Tuimebayev.

The head of the university, a member of the board of directors, conducted an excursion and showed the famous journalist educational buildings and student houses, where they underwent major repairs. The guest of honor first visited the building of the Faculty of Law, which will be equipped with new furniture in the coming days. Having examined all the audiences, the graduate of KazNU highly appreciated the work of the builders.

He also visited his native faculty of journalism, where he studied and got a start in life. Seeing the renovated auditoriums, corridors and the ceiling raised by half a meter, he expressed sincere surprise and joy.

It should be especially noted that earlier it was easy to reach the ceiling with a hand, but now a completely different design and interior of the corridor will delight the eye and attract positive energy. A pleasant discovery was that not only the internal auditoriums of the Faculty of History and Philology are being reconstructed, but also the external appearance of the building's facades, which was positively assessed by Armanzhan Merekeevich. He examined all lecture halls and halls, dormitories on campus.

As a reminder, this year 14 of the 16 dormitories of the university have been repaired. Rector Zhanseit Kanseitovich also noted that due to the limited number of places (5434) in the university dormitories, it is planned to accommodate three thousand students from the regions in the nearest hostels and hotel facilities for young people.

In conclusion, the rector of the university thanked A. Baytasov for his support and interest in the student life of the university.
