By the decision of the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the NJSC "Al-Farabi Kazakh National University" Zh.K. Tuimebayev, university scientists were awarded monetary prizes for articles published in international rating editions of the Scopus database.
The total amount of awards to the authors of 234 articles published in the journals of the Scopus database for 6 months of 2021 amounted to 74.8 million tenge. Authors are rewarded based on SJR, quartile and CiteScore percentile of the ranked magazines.
It should be noted that the award is given to members of the teaching staff and research staff of the university, as well as to students.
