ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION IN STUDENT HOUSES

First of all, from August 31, 1st year students are settled, then, from September 6, senior students, according to social categories: orphans, or those left without the care of both parents, with disabilities, with parents with health problems, from large families, foreign students.

 

THE ORDER OF POSITIONING STUDENTS OF THE 1-COURSE

 

  1. A nonresident student in need of housing submits an application to the admissions office / dean's office of the faculty and attaches pre-emptive right documents.
  2. The deputy dean for UMWR, based on the decision of the commission, forms a submission in electronic form for the settlement of students. This list with the help of the UNIVER system is transmitted to the vice-rector, who approves the list. 
  3. The approved list of students for settlement according to the "Univer" system goes to the head of the Students' House and to the deputy dean of the faculty for UMWR. According to the approved lists, the dean's office issues orders, on the basis of which the students are settled in the House for a period of one academic year. Lists of populated students are posted in the "Univer" system and on the information boards of the faculties.
  4. A student who has received an order and has drawn up an agreement on accommodation in the Students' House is obliged to check in within 5 days or notify the administration of the faculty about good reasons for extending the check-in period. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. Within a week from the date of the conclusion of the accommodation agreement, students must undergo a medical examination at the medical center of KazNU. The control over the timeliness of passing the medical examination is carried out by the head of the Students' House.

 

 

PROCEDURE OF POSITIONING STUDENTS OF SENIOR COURSES

 

  • The order of settlement of senior students is determined according to benefits (orphans, disabled people, both disabled parents, excellent students, prize winners of Olympiads and Universiades, foreign students under an intergovernmental agreement). 

The student who lived in the last academic year is ranked in the system.

 

  1. The deputy dean for UMWR prints out the list of beneficiary students and hangs it up at the faculty. On its page in the system "Univer" selects students-beneficiaries and submits a presentation to them to the vice-rector.
  2. In accordance with the benefit, in the order of online priority, the student is given a place in the Student House.
  3. Students who are provided with a place in the Student House must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and present a vaccination passport (except for persons with permanent medical contraindications (medical withdrawal) who have had COVID-19 within the last 3 months under the age of 18. These students must present a negative PCR test for COVID-19 and undergo PCR testing once every 7 days every week in accordance with the Decree of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor dated 01.07.2021 No. 31. 
  4. The rest of the senior (2-4) year students apply through the Univer system. The application goes to the deputy dean for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He accepts the application. The list is automatically generated according to the benefits of students. The commission, taking into account the number of vacant places and the list of students 'priority, allocates places in the Students' House. The deputy dean sends a submission with a list of the names of students for settlement according to the Univer system to the vice-rector for social development, who approves the list of students in the submission, and he goes to the deputy dean and the head of the hostel.

 

STUDENTS WHO RECEIVED A PLACE IN STUDENT HOUSES

 

A student receives a notification on the student's page that his application has been approved. The student prints out the order and goes to the head of the hostel.

The system automatically provides a place for a student who pays for accommodation, signs an agreement, settles in a hostel and undergoes medical treatment. inspection on time.

 

STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING A PLACE IN STUDENT HOUSES

 

The student receives a notification on the student's page that his application will be considered in the order of priority.
