THE BASIS OF THE CONFERENCE - "KAZAKHSTAN WAY OF DEVELOPMENT"

In honor of the 30th anniversary of the country's independence, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference "New Era of the Kazakh People".

The purpose of the event is to consider the role and place of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the world community in the aspect of studying the process of forming foreign policy relations. The main emphasis was placed on historical events and persons who contributed to the country's gaining sovereignty.

The conference was attended by state and public figures, deputies of the Senate and Mazhilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the Akimat of the city of Almaty and public organizations, historians and experts.

Opening the event, a congratulatory letter from the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev was read by the Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Committee for Social and Cultural Development and Science Murat Baktiyaruly. “Events dedicated to the 30th anniversary should awaken a spiritual breakthrough in people. Our main goal is to instill in citizens, especially young people, a sense of patriotism. In this regard, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "New Era of the Kazakh People" is of great importance, "the letter says.

During the conference, congratulatory letters from the Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigamatulin, the Minister of Education and Science Askhat Aimagambetov and the akim of the city of Almaty Bagitzhan Sagintayev were read.

“The fate and future of our country is in the hands of every citizen of Kazakhstan, especially educated and motivated youth. This is the special contribution of Al-Farabi KazNU, ”says Nurlan Nigamatulin's welcome address.

The deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhuldyz Suleimenova spoke in an online format. According to her, KazNU made a great contribution to the strengthening of independence. The qualified personnel of national science and education make a significant contribution to the formation of the future of a sovereign country, she stressed.

Following the meeting, scientists noted that the conference will give a new impetus to the study of the history of independent Kazakhstan at the world level.

The materials of the conference with the results of the study of the new era of the Kazakh people will in the future be combined into a special collection, which will be presented to historians, young scientists and students.
