TRUE PATH IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF THE GLORIOUS PARENTS

3/15/2022

Far from being an idle and not a rhetorical question: what reasons become factors in the birth and long-term formation of glorious labor, creative dynasties, from which, on the whole, the whole people, the whole country benefits, because the traditions that develop in such a family community are qualitatively special, unique, it is an alloy spiritual continuity, family precepts and principles, moral education, responsibility, taken over by children from their parents, which ultimately lead to an excellent result - labor achievements of national importance. For a greater example, it would be possible to list famous dynasties for a long time. Nevertheless, it seems sufficient to name the creative families of L. Andreev, N. Gumilyov, B. Momyshuly, K. Satpaev, A.K. Zhubanov and many others. etc. The mentioned issue can be fully attributed to the family of the academician, doctor of technical sciences, professor U. A. Dzholdasbekov, who, first of all, is known to all the people as the organizer and builder of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov.

We do not set ourselves the task of searching for such factors, among which, nevertheless, genetics plays an important role. Still, I would like to name among the main points - moral and psychological, that is, a special awareness by children of their responsibility to the merits of their parents, an understanding of the significance of their work, a contribution to the public good, which must be developed, enriched, continuing the baton in the future. Therefore, let us once again pay attention to the parents of B.U. Dzholdasbekova.

U.A. Dzholdasbekov is a mechanical scientist recognized by the whole scientific world, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the International Engineering Academy and the Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the state award, founder of the fundamental theory of mechanisms and machines in Kazakhstan. He created fundamentally new directions in engineering and the theory of high-level machines. He was one of the first in Kazakhstan who made an attempt to create a fundamentally new paradigm for the development of the civilization of yesterday's nomads, directing it along the path of the latest technology and equipment, in particular robotics. This attempt should be appreciated, as it still retains its relevance and resembles the scale of the construction of the university itself. He is the author of more than 700 scientific papers, including 12 fundamental monographs and 30 textbooks. It is noteworthy that Bayan Umirbekovna was born on the same day as Umirbek Arslanovich - March 1.

M.M.Bagizbayeva, academician, doctor of philological sciences, professor, for many years headed the department of Russian and foreign literature of KazGU named after. S.M. Kirova, public figure, author of many works, including fundamental monographs on Russian folklore. There is no doubt that she, by her vocation, was a teacher and mentor with a capital letter, leaving behind a solid scientific school that successfully works within the walls of both the university itself and many universities in Kazakhstan, including abroad. M.M.Bagizbayeva was a person of an exalted soul, kind, sympathetic, attentive towards colleagues, especially students. Possessing a beautiful sonorous voice, she gave lectures with some special spiritual attitude, these emotionally colored classes of hers also educated us, students and graduate students, left invisible traces on the heart, which imperiously attracted us to science and creativity.

Looking at Bayan Umirbekovna Dzholdasbekova, you involuntarily think that the mother passed on her best qualities to her daughter. You could write a whole novel thinking about how it happened. Nevertheless, it is humanly clear that this was done by great love, the spiritual connection between mother and daughter, the strongest connection in the world. The profession that she chose for herself - philology, that is, the science of literature, the art of the word, of course, required just such a quality - devoted love, as well as a deep understanding that this science is very special, one of the main ones, it is not only the study of all phenomena of artistic language, but also the right path to human studies, to artistic anthropology. People usually come to philology and literary criticism at the call of the heart, who knows, perhaps this is a hidden command of the Logos, powerful, irresistible. Indeed, there is something to think about a person. It is easier for researchers of other types of art, their object is specific and even, at times, visual, for example, painting, architecture, sculpture. The art of the word is much more complex, more abstract, more diverse in forms and, like music, goes deeper into the world of quantum phenomena. Compared to other forms of art, it has a stronger influence on the genesis of mankind.

Bayan Umirbekovna Dzholdasbekova chose literary criticism, of course, the fateful lessons of her mother, who was an excellent philologist, a highly professional literary critic, affected this choice. Nevertheless, her path to philology was not direct; searches and reflections are felt in it. Let's pay attention to the facts of her biography: in 1988-92. She held the position of junior researcher at the Institute of Literature and Art named after M.Auezov of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR. In 1993-98 - Head of the Human Resources Department of the National Company "Intourist Kazakhstan''. In 1998-2001 - Consultant of the Department of International Relations and Protocol of the Majilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From December 2000 to March 2003 - Rector of the University of World Literature and Journalism. From 2003 to 2007 - Vice-Rector for International Relations and Languages at Kunaev University. From this year, a significant turn in her fate is planned: in 2003, she became an assistant professor at the Department of Russian and Foreign Literature of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, that is, she returned to philology. The defense of the doctoral dissertation took place on October 19, 2006. Dissertation topic: "Russian epic prose of Kazakhstan in the 20-70s of the XX century." From 2007 - 2008 B.U. Dzholdasbekova - Professor of the Department of Theory, World Literature and Folkloristics, from 2008-2020 - Head of the Department of Russian Philology, Russian and World Literature, from 2020 to the present - Dean of the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

To date, B.U. Dzholdasbekova is the head of a large team of scientists and teachers, doctoral students, this is one of the largest faculties of KazNU. Leading such a well-deserved and authoritative team is not easy, to be honest, very difficult. However, Bayan Umirbekovna copes well with this matter, and here, of course, the school of her father and mother again affects, that is, the covenants of family succession, which we spoke about at the very beginning. First of all, she is helped by those human qualities with which she was generously awarded by nature and nurtured by her parents: kindness, responsiveness, attentiveness to people, caring attitude towards young people, great responsibility and the ability to improvise and search inherent in a creative person.

She is loved not only by students, but also by the youth of the entire faculty, teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates, students. Young people are drawn to her, feeling that a big, kind heart beats in the chest of this person, sympathetic, open to dialogue. But this is the most important thing in life - to constantly talk with people, feel their souls, participate in their lives. This is the main area of university education. Therefore, we can say that B.U. Dzholdasbekova is not only in the thick of life, but also that she is busy with the most important thing in the human universe - she teaches, giving people her heart and soul. When a person wholeheartedly participates in the creation of life, dedicating his very soul to it, life cannot but bestow upon him. B.U. Dzholdasbekova has good achievements that we can be proud of. She is the author of many works, including monographs such as Russian literature of Kazakhstan. - Almaty: Kazakh University, 2008. (23 p.l.); The author's discourse of Yu.O. Dombrovsky's prose in the context of modern Kazakh prose about the artist. – Almaty: Kazakh University, 2013 (14 sheets); Anthology of Russian-language literature of Kazakhstan. - Almaty: Kazakh University, 2014 (14 sheets) and others, as well as a number of textbooks. She received a well-deserved recognition of the scientific community both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad. Her scientific works are published abroad in prestigious publications. Over time, honorary signs of recognition of her merits and achievements before the state also came to her. She is a corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the scientific degree of Doctor of Philology is recognized in Russia. For special merits in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the badges "The best teacher of the university" (2008, 2014), the badge "Bilim beru isinin құrmetti қyzmetkeri" (2014), "The best teacher of Al-Farabi KazNU", “Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. The creative forces of Bayan Umirbekovna Dzholdasbekova are in full bloom. She raised a wonderful son, next to her is a like-minded spouse, that is, she is realized in all the most important spheres of human life. Celebrating her glorious jubilee, we wish her further success in science, education, creativity, and social activities.
