STATESMEN AND JOURNALISTS VISITED THE RENOVATED PRESS SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE KAZNU

State and public figures such as poet Nurlan Orazalin, writer-publisher Ashirbek Kopyshev, deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanarbek Ashimzhan, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Ana Tili" Kali Sarsenbay, director of "Kazakh Gazetteri" LLP Shamshidin Pattev and other well-known journalists got acquainted with the activities of the Department of Information and Communication of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The Director of the Department of Information and Communication Qanshaiym Baydaulet presented the work of the Press Service Department, the Farabi University website, the Farabi Media TV studio, “the Qazaq Universiteti” newspaper and the Information and Monitoring Division. It was noted that on behalf of the rector, the Department of the Press Service of the university was reorganized and equipped with new facility.

Today the Department of Information and Communication occupies the 3rd floor of the administration building. All these innovations have made it possible to modernize the department's work processes.

A graduate of the university, poet Nurlan Orazalin highly appreciated the work carried out with the support of the head of KazNU Zhanseit Tuimebayev. The poet noted that by the special invitation of the rector, he would hold a leadership lecture and would share his experience.

At the end of the meeting, the guests wished the staff of the Information and Communication Department of KazNU success and great achievements.
