WEEKLY REVIEW OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD – RECTOR OF AL-FARABI KAZAKH NATIONAL UNIVERSITY ZHANSEIT TUIMEBAYEV

The rector took part in the exhibition of scientific and innovative achievements of Kazakhstani universities and research institutes with the participation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek. He made a report at the scientific and practical conference "The development of University Science is a Necessary Prerequisite for the Innovative Development of Kazakhstan".

The Head of the University met with the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Almaty Mohsen Fagani and Senior expert of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, head of the working group Farabi Mujani Gumi. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation in the field of science and education.

The head of the KazNU held a meeting of the Rector's office. At the meeting Zhanseit Kanseituly focused on specific tasks of the team and noted the need to improve the quality of training.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with the head of the Department of Health Management of Akdeniz University in Turkey Mustafa Coban and Professor Ferhat Saribek. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of further building up partnership and joint implementation of large-scale projects.
