Career sector and Eurasian Bank launches innovative training program for managers
12/30/2009December 7, 2009 Sector career was invited to a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Eurasian Bank" Mr. Michael Egleton.
Eurasian Bank is an innovative program to train future leaders of the banking business, which will be one of the most comprehensive and advanced in Kazakhstan.
The Bank will select 20 outstanding Kazakhstan, finishing in 2010, a curriculum of Bachelor's or Master's universities. The reward for the winners of this competitive selection process will be the position of middle managers in the Bank and the chance of rapid career advancement to the level of top management.
The core of this training program will be implemented by annual turnover of its members in five divisions of the Eurasian Bank: front-office corporate banking front-office retail banking, finance, internal control and risk management. Some stages of this program will be held in the parent bank, and some - the bank's branches in Almaty and Astana.
In connection with the international character of modern banking program participants have to master a foreign language.
The program will include the following key points:
- Each participant will be a year to work in one of the units of the Bank, then go to work in another unit. Thus, for 5 years he became acquainted with different areas of the Bank. This rotation is made to ensure that the program participant knew all the nuances of banking operations;
- each party program will be attached to the curator of the number of top managers of the Bank;
- once a year, each participant will have the opportunity for half a day to meet with the Chairman of the Board and top management team;
- In addition to teaching during the program participants will also participate in specialized training for the entire five-year period;
- Each participant will receive a financial bonus at the end of the training program.
