Required Documents for Admission to the Department of Pre-University Training
Academic Year 2026–2027

  1. Two (2) notarized translations of the applicant's passport and national identity card.
  2. Two (2) notarized translations of the secondary school certificate or diploma and its transcript/supplement.
  3. Four (4) passport-size photographs (3 × 4 cm).
  4. One (1) document folder and one (1) plastic document file.
  5. HIV/AIDS test certificate issued by the AIDS Prevention Center (Address: 4/2 Basenov Street, Almaty; open Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00).
  6. Medical certificate (Form No. 075/U) and fluorography (chest X-ray) issued by the Keremet Medical Center of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Application period:

  • Fee-paying applicants: June 20, 2026 – August 31, 2026;
  • Government educational grant applicants: August 5, 2026 – September 5, 2026.

Document submission venue: Keremet Student Service Center.

Note: Applicants who are citizens of Mongolia, Uzbekistan, or Russia must obtain a certificate from the Embassy or the World Association of Kazakhs (43A Shokan Ualikhanov Street, Almaty) confirming their Kazakh ethnicity.
