ON1 to apply knowledge of the basics of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, strategic and program documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the development of proposals for the formation and improvement of the state information policy, in the development and implementation of operational measures to coordinate the work of the media to cover relevant social issues and events;
ON2 collect information in accordance with the needs or requests of citizens, timely and promptly making business letters, developing draft responses to appeals and letters of citizens and organizing the activities of the Deputy to review draft laws in working groups and committees.
ON3 to work in the implementation of the tax policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carrying out management and tax reporting; to analyze the position of taxpayers to ensure full and timely receipt of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, social payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
ON4 to plan and organize the preparation and placement of information on public procurement on the web portal of public procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan, developing documentation for tenders, auctions, making notices of tendering; to summarize the results of work in the field of public procurement;
ON5 work with different sources of information, diverse statistical and analytical data, analyzing a variety of interacting factors, based on incomplete and/or contradictory information, using the skills of preparation of service letters, recommendations, organization and holding of meetings, conferences, seminars, using a variety of tactics of speech treatment;
ON6 to apply in practice known principles, basic economic methods of state property management, management decisions on budgeting and structure of state (local) assets; to use methods of analysis, organization and planning in the field of state and local management, various sources of information for the analysis of performance indicators of state and local institutions;
ON7 to demonstrate knowledge of the definition of poverty criteria and calculate the subsistence minimum for socio-demographic groups of the population, the implementation of the expert evaluation of the subsistence minimum, using the methods of analysis of the economy of the public sector;
ON8 to develop comprehensive plans for the economic and social development of the country, regions, districts and cities, effective systems of economic management in the context of the new digital model of the economy and taking into account the latest technological trends in public administration;
ON9 to organize the provision of high-quality public services to individuals and legal entities, ensuring compliance with the law in the activities of the PSC, assisting in the formation of the necessary package of documents and checking the correctness of filling out forms and applications received by the PSC, to formulate and develop a culture of interaction of representatives of the state apparatus in the digital space;
ON10 to use modern methods of project management of national state-owned companies and quasi-public sector, aimed at timely obtaining quality results, developing and making effective and complex decisions at the strategic level to achieve the goals of the organization;
ON11 to create an effective system of economic management, developing socio-economic programs for the development of the social sphere, local education in the field of agricultural production, assessing the economic, social, political conditions and the consequences of the implementation of state (local) programs on the basis of the principles of social partnership; to effectively manage state programs focused on the qualitative and operational implementation of tasks within the framework of the fourth industrial revolution 4.0.;
ON12 to formulate relevant deductions and conclusions in the state, Russian and foreign languages, to possess the skills of critical analysis, to demonstrate the ability to overcome stereotypes, the willingness to act rationally and independently, guided by their scientifically sound conclusions, observations and experience gained as a result of cognitive professional activity, to demonstrate the ability to determine the impact of environmental factors on nature, to promote a healthy lifestyle, to possess sociological knowledge and to use methods of sociological research.
