MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT
ON1. carry out geodetic measurements and surveys with theodolites, levels, electronic total stations and GPS to create profiles, land use plan, to design a project plan for Land use planning and cadastral maps, correct maps, to transfer the project to nature, to assess the completeness and detail of drawing design. Create topographic plans, land use plans, using remote sensing methods, using materials from space imagery, GIS technology, performing measurements of images and creating terrain models for land use planning purposes.
ON 2. Develop land use planning projects, applying knowledge of the theoretical foundations of land use planning to solve problems of rational use and protection of land, for the optimal distribution of land among sectors of the country's economy, using a multivariate economic rationale based on modern computer programs; To develop projects using data from soil science, geobotany, the fundamentals of agrochemistry, land reclamation, landscape science and adaptive-landscape farming systems to preserve and enhance soil fertility, increase crop yields and farmland, and create environmentally sustainable landscapes.
ON 3. solve the main problems of land use planning, applying knowledge of land use planning, planning and forecasting land use, state control of land use and protection for the rational and efficient land use and land management of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
ON 4. Improve the process of Land use planning, using the methods of remote sensing of the Earth, geo-information technology, satellite imagery materials, automated system
Land use planning design (CAPP) to accelerate the timing of Land use planning projects, improve the efficiency of land use planning works, to take urgent measures in the development of erosion processes, deterioration of farmland, to observe the process of crop growth and take urgent measures to prevent and destroy negative processes.
ON 5. Develop reclamation and land improvement projects, farmland reclamation, applying the latest scientific data on the conservation and improvement of land fertility, on land protection from erosion and desertification to restore and improve land fertility, reclaim land, clean up polluted land and improve the ecological status of land and the environment;
ON 6. Forms and updates the databases on the state of land resources for land use planning, planning and forecasting of land use, land management and organization of land use planning, using new techniques and technologies: universal software packages, information from various patent and literature sources, Internet resources, computer technology, GIS and AIS of land cadastre.
ON 7. Use the provisions of land legislation and sections of law relating to the use of land as a property and natural resource, based on knowledge of the articles of the Land Code, Civil and Criminal Law and the requirements of other branches of law, to be competent in resolving land disputes, to control for the use and protection of land, to manage and regulate land relations.
ON 8. Analyze and assess the accuracy and completeness of land data for price zoning and land valuation; for keeping inventory; for productive security of the country, for the rational use of land resources, for taking timely measures on land degradation, preventing erosion hazards, etc.
