2. Development of own strategy of studying, interpretation and analysis of the Kazakh language and works of fiction in the context of trends in the development of modern historical, cultural and economic processes.
3. The study analysis of methods, methods of teaching language and literature, the development of new, digital and Internet technologies and their free handling.
4. Critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of approaches to the implementation of new ideas, methods and approaches as a result of the study of the Kazakh language and literature in the domestic and world markets.
5. Development and implementation of patent search, coordination and management of scientific research in the field of theoretical and applied literature and linguistics, language and cultural policy, state and initiative programs.
Development of scientific and creative projects on commercialization of teaching the Kazakh language and literature.
6. Development of new methodological approaches to teaching literature and language education in higher education, their critical analysis and the creation of new hypotheses.
7. Independent carrying out and solution of actual scientific, practical tasks for the study of the Kazakh language and literature in the paradigm of achievements of domestic and world social and humanitarian science.
8. Systematization, analysis and synthesis of theoretical knowledge in the field of cultural studies, psychology, еconomics, law, literature in the process of learning the Kazakh language and literature.
9. The use of conceptual and methodological apparatus of the theory of literature and linguistics to perform non-standard works of various levels of complexity.
10. Development of methods of pedagogical research, analysis and promotion of services in the field of literature and linguistics.
11. Familiarization with the results of research in the form of reports, articles, monographs, lecture courses, textbooks and teaching AIDS, using modern print media, editing and information resources.
