ON1 to Critically evaluate and use the methodology of research in the field of management in order to identify current scientific problems, trends in the development of markets and economic entities, management of people and organizations, innovation;
ON2 to Carry out a critical analysis of socio-economic phenomena and on its basis to develop economic and mathematical models that will have the ability to predict the markets, economic activity of enterprises;
ON3 Critically evaluate the results of scientific research and the significance of the results of scientific research in their own professional development, in the development of the scientific paradigm in the field of management;
ON4 Adapt the results of scientific research to study the markets, the activities of enterprises, the assessment of existing economic and financial risks, substantiation of the forecast of the dynamics of economic indicators;
ON5 Differentiate and analyze socially significant problems, processes and identify tasks related to the economic, management and production activities of the organization;
ON6 Interpret and apply the results of system analysis in the development, adoption and implementation of management decisions, to identify problem situations in the organization;
ON7 Systematize, process and analyze data on the state of the workforce, salary levels, modern methods of motivation, social programs for the preparation of instructions and standards on the concept of recruitment, motivation and development of personnel in the enterprise;
ON8 Develop programs and conduct quality training sessions for employees, evaluate their effectiveness, using various methods of evaluation and certification of employees;
On9 apply theoretical and practical knowledge for the development and implementation of management decisions in the construction of business structures and effective management;
ON10 Determine the direction of further personal and professional development associated with the optimization and evaluation of quality and risk of projects; planning and operational management of projects in full awareness;
ON11.To integrate interdisciplinary knowledge into the research process, to contribute through original research, to expand the scope of existing knowledge in the field of management, to reflect them in national and international abstracts;
ON12 Engage in dialogue with the wider scientific community and employers about management regional issues, types, methods, technology of management consulting, areas of application of these methods and their limitations
