Upon completion of this program, students are expected to be able to:
1. Differentiate the hierarchy of the development of scientific knowledge in the field of management
2. To interpret and generalize the principles and methods of management decisions in primary health care organizations, medical institutions of various profiles engaged in the provision of medical and diagnostic and preventive activities, to understand the range of management issues in the health care system;
3. To find technological solutions of methodological foundations of management, especially the principles of policy and management in the health care system and evaluation of quality management of medical services, interpretation and drawing conclusions, as well as to be able to synthesize new knowledge;
4. Analyze and interpret policy and management in the health care system, determine the appropriate tactics of administrative management, conduct a methodological review, analyze theories in the field of management, determine an experimental plan in the design of research on the section of management in the health care system
5. Characterize experimental data with theoretical approaches to the management section, demonstrate an understanding of the history and methodological approaches in the interpretation of data in relation to management in the health care system;
6. To carry out independent scientific research in the field of Management (in the field of health), policy and management in the health care system;
7. Systematically present different concepts in the field of administrative management;
8. Define goals, objectives and methodology in independent marketing research;
9. To formulate problems and tasks of scientific research in the field of Management (in the field of health), to choose the appropriate methodology, to determine the stages of research;
10. To carry out scientific research in the field of Management (in the field of health), to evaluate and interpret the results;
11. Generate the received scientific knowledge into own scientific research on Healthcare Management;
12. Explain the content of the methodical portfolio, participate in the discussion in the process with the purpose of reasoned defend.
