About the program
To ensure the training of competitive, competent professionals - Islamic scholars with a high level of scientific religious culture and social consciousness, fundamental knowledge in the field of Islamic studies, Islam; Islamic culture; having an active civic position, carrying out practical, pedagogical, research, expert and analytical activities in the fields of education, culture, media, government and law enforcement agencies based on modern methodology, making a significant contribution to the development and strengthening of multi-confessional Kazakhstani society.
Graduate model
1.To generate ideas and implement them in scientific
research, involving the scientific community, expanding and deepening the field of Islamic science.
2.Apply professional skills in the basic modern concepts of world and Kazakhstani Islamic studies with the aim of identifying differences between representatives of schools and directions, as well as orientation in the content of Islamic discussions of our time.
3. Analyze socially significant problems, make meaningful conclusions and generalizations, select methods of scientific research.
4. Select the necessary research methods in order to modify existing methods, based on the objectives of a particular study.
5. Use professional knowledge in the organization and
implementation of the educational process and other types of activities using the latest information and telecommunication technologies.
6. Formulate and solve problems arising in the course of
research activities and require in-depth professional knowledge.
7. Edit the religious, social, demographic,
economic and other relevant empirical information involving a wide range of sources based on the use of modern information technology, computer technology, communications and communications, as well as critical evaluation of research results.
8. Demonstrate critical and rational understanding
various religious phenomena and changes in sociocultural space; to apply the basic concepts and research programs of Islamic studies in the study of modern culture.
9. Interpret aspects of the specific features of Islamic and religious-philosophical thought of the West and the East, particularly from a comparativist perspective, Islamic and religious philosophy, analyzing the sacred texts of Islam.
