MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. Take part in solving problems of scientific and technological methodological nature, requiring the development of new approaches, the use of a variety of methods (including innovative);
2. Participate in the expert research in the field of archives, archeology and records management and their implementation in practice;
3. Take part in the work of the expert-verification, methodical commissions and other Advisory bodies of the archive;
4. Develop projects of legal acts, scientific, manuals, methodological and regulatory framework of m archival work, archeology and records management and participation in the discussions;
5. Participate in a set of measures to improve the physical condition of archival funds, restoration, conservation and insurance copying of documents;
6. Carry out management of office work in structural units. Control over the timely execution of documents and their correct execution. Establishing access to and use of information contained in documents;
7. Carry out work on checking the availability of documents, their physical condition, examination of scientific value and topography;
8. Identify documents in order to classify them as objects of national cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan and especially valuable documents;
9. Use new modern knowledge on adaptation of traditional methods of work and presentation of archival information to the conditions of the digital environment; to apply the best foreign experience in the management of documentation and archival business, to develop new approaches and concepts of improvement of the sphere at the professional level;
10. Generate ideas, predict the results of innovation and implement large-scale changes in the field of archives and documentation management;
11. Use modern technical means and information technologies for solving analytical and research tasks;
