ON1Take part in solving problems of a scientific, technological, and methodological nature that require the development of new approaches, the use of various methods (including innovative ones) in solving applied problems.
ON2Manage records management and document provision (including design of electronic document provision) in structural divisions; organize the implementation of access mode and ensuring the security of documents, as well as the use of information contained in them.
ON3To carry out independent scientific research in various environments (including foreign languages) in solving practical problems of the archive industry, document provision and management services; form theoretical and methodological skills of working with documents in electronic format and preparing them for electronic publication.
ON4Demonstrate modern teaching methods in the field of archival science and documentation, innovative and interactive technologies and methods of teaching archival and documentary disciplines in the context of interdisciplinary approaches (philosophical), teaching language disciplines in higher education.
ON5Use new modern knowledge to adapt traditional methods of work and presentation of archival information to the conditions of the digital environment; apply advanced foreign experience in document management and archival business.
ON6Implement the norms of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts, participate in the discussion of the principles and norms of labor legislation in personnel management, use the principles of management psychology.
ON7Study the main directions of strategic development of the archive industry and on the basis of scientific approaches of critical analysis, to focus on the activities of the archive service at the national, regional and international levels.
ON8Develop projects, legal acts, scientific and methodological manuals, normative and methodological acts on archival Affairs, Archeography and documentation, and their implementation in the production and educational process.
ON9Identify documents for the purpose of classifying them as objects of the national cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan and especially valuable documents.
ON10Participate in expert research in the field of archives, archeography and documentation and their implementation in practice.
ON11Synthesize advanced foreign and country experience in improving methods of working with Technotronic documents (audio-visual and scientific-technical documentation) and apply them in an archive management.
ON12Formulate the problems and tasks of scientific research in the field of archival affairs and document provision and management services, management of information and documentation systems (including scientific and technical documentation), select the appropriate methodology, determine the stages of research, evaluate and interpret the results.
