2. 5. To be able to provide legal support for the conclusion of international and other transactions of energy and financial transactions, to negotiate and organize them, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the principles and norms of agreements, to analyze Kazakhstan's compliance with the norms of international energy and financial agreements, to carry out research activities in the field of international energy and financial contract law, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents on energy issues;
6. To be able to ensure the development of documentation in the field of traditional and alternative energy, to analyze compliance with the norms of agreements with the requirements of the international Convention and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the norms of internal and external documentation, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents in the field of traditional and alternative energy, to carry out research activities in the field of energy documentation.
7. 9. To be able to provide legal support to ensure the rights of shipowners and cargo owners, charterers and other participants of transportation at all stages of their activities, as well as in the implementation of their civil and other rights, to represent their interests in court and state bodies, international organizations, to provide their advice, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents on compliance with the requirements of shipowners and cargo owners, to carry out research activities in the field of Maritime law;
10.
