MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

1.To be able to provide legal support for the conclusion of international Maritime agreements and treaties, to negotiate and organize them, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the principles of international Maritime law, to analyze the sources of international Maritime law, to analyze Kazakhstan's compliance with the norms of international agreements in the field of research, to carry out research activities in the field of international Maritime law;
2. To be able to provide legal support for transboundary water use, to negotiate and organize them, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the requirements of agreements in the field of transboundary water use, to analyze the norms of international and domestic acts, Kazakhstan's compliance with the norms of transboundary water use, to carry out research activities in the field of transboundary water use;
3. To be able to provide legal support of operations related to external and internal logistics, to develop logical contracts and agreements, to control their execution, to carry out scientific and legal examination of legal documents in the field of Maritime logistics, to carry out research activities in the field of Maritime logistics, to carry out claim work with contractors and to analyze legal claims.
4. To be able to provide legal support to projects related to traditional and alternative energy, to carry out legal support of activity of energy companies, to represent their interests in interaction with state bodies and public organizations, to carry out scientific examination of documents of legal character on the issues of energy supply, carry out claims activities with contractors, to advise and explain the legal issues to carry out research activities in the field of energy law;
5. To be able to provide legal support for the conclusion of international and other transactions of energy and financial transactions, to negotiate and organize them, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the principles and norms of agreements, to analyze Kazakhstan's compliance with the norms of international energy and financial agreements, to carry out research activities in the field of international energy and financial contract law, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents on energy issues;
6. To be able to ensure the development of documentation in the field of traditional and alternative energy, to analyze compliance with the norms of agreements with the requirements of the international Convention and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the norms of internal and external documentation, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents in the field of traditional and alternative energy, to carry out research activities in the field of energy documentation.
7. To be able to provide legal support for state activities and activities of the energy сorporation, the sea ports in respect of water security, to carry out the analysis of compliance with legislation in the field of water security, and providing legal support for projects related to water security, carry out claims activities with contractors, to advise and explain the legal issues to carry out research activities in the field of law water security;
8. To be able to provide legal support of state and public activities for compliance with environmental requirements by energy corporations and economic entities on the marine water body, to monitor compliance with environmental legislation by relevant entities, to sue and represent the interests of entities and environmental state bodies in court on environmental law, to carry out research activities in the field of environmental law, to carry out scientific expertise of legal documents on compliance with environmental standards by energy corporations and economic entities at the marine water body.
9. To be able to provide legal support to ensure the rights of shipowners and cargo owners, charterers and other participants of transportation at all stages of their activities, as well as in the implementation of their civil and other rights, to represent their interests in court and state bodies, international organizations, to provide their advice, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents on compliance with the requirements of shipowners and cargo owners, to carry out research activities in the field of Maritime law;
10. To be able to provide legal support to state bodies in the implementation of licensing, registration and control and Supervisory functions in relation to energy corporations and economic entities on the sea water body, to carry out scientific examination of legal documents on the issues of state regulation of their activities, to carry out claim work with contractors, to advise and clarify legal issues, to carry out research activities in the field of state regulation in the field of energy and Maritime law;
11. To be able to provide legal support for the activities of national and transnational energy corporations and economic entities on the marine water body, to prepare constituent and other documents, to ensure compliance with national and international legislation, to represent their interests in state bodies, ships, in cooperation with other economic entities, to carry out scientific examination of documents and projects in the field of national and transnational energy corporations and economic entities on the marine water body, to carry out research activities in the field of economic law;
12. To be able to carry out scientific analysis and legal classification of offenses in the field of Maritime and energy law, to represent the interests of the organization and the state in the administrative and criminal proceedings, to carry out claim work with contractors, to advise and explain legal issues, to carry out research activities in the field of this section of financial, civil, criminal and administrative law.
