MODEL OF GRADUATING STUDENT

1. present scientific theories in priority areas of research problems in the field of cultural diplomacy at the present stage;
2. demonstrate a deep understanding of the state, prospects for the study of international relations in the context of current trends and trends in the development of scientific knowledge in the field of cultural research;
3. use the methodology of cultural studies, principles of organization and methods of cultural studies in the field of diplomacy;
4. formulate problems and tasks of scientific research, choose the appropriate methodology, determine the stages of research, evaluate and interpret the results of the study of problems of diplomatic relations;
5. use conceptual and methodological approaches in the study of cultural diplomacy in the context of various areas of cultural research;
6. critically evaluate the existing methods of analysis in relation to the study of intercultural communications in the history of diplomacy;
7. find new solutions for the newest cultural phenomena of diplomacy, behavioral models and communications, to carry out the independent and effective use of cultural methods of diplomacy research for their interpretation and analysis;
8. carry out independent scientific research in the cultural field of diplomatic relations at the present stage;
9. systematically represent the programs of planning and organizing research on topical issues of cultural diplomacy, practical implementation of educational activities in the disciplines of cultural diplomacy in higher education organizations;
10. find new methods for creating digital portals for the actualization of cultural studies of modern problems of diplomacy;
11. generate the scientific knowledge of various cultural phenomena of diplomacy in the context of changes in the socio-cultural space in their own scientific research in relevant areas;
12. active work in a team and creatively approach the solution of a scientific problem.

Description - Aim of discipline – formation of a system of knowledge about the traditional culture of indigenous peoples and their intellectual property in an ethno confessional aspect. As a result of studying the discipline, the master student will be able to: 1. use system knowledge on the main theoretical issues and classifications of indigenous cultures; 2. have an objective view of the historical and cultural societies of indigenous culture in the past and present, taking into account the current level of domestic and foreign cultural science; 3. possess the ability to realize the value of humanistic values for the preservation and development of modern civilization; 4. to analyze philosophical, socially and personally important philosophical problems connected with the development of intercultural relations and relations conditioned by the processes of formation of the multicultural world of the 21st century; 5. to argue the basic laws of the development of culture as a form of human existence of the historical and cultural development of human society on a national and worldwide scale. Appointment of discipline. The course is designed to provide undergraduates with knowledge of the ideas and heritage of indigenous cultures, as well as the content and forms of preservation, the translation of the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples. In studying the discipline, the following aspects will be considered: Classification of indigenous peoples, their languages, anthropological composition, economic and cultural types; Theories of anthropogenesis, the theory of ethnos, features of the material and spiritual culture of the peoples of the world; Myths and religious beliefs of the Saks, Sarmatians, Scythians; Cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples inhabiting the territory of Kazakhstan; The main values of the steppe civilization; Ancient Turkic civilizations and achievements.

Description - Aim of discipline – mastering of knowledge about the culture of indigenous peoples, unity, diversity and national identity of cultures, further development of a wide range of phenomena from the perspective of a dialogue of cultures. As a result of studying the discipline, the master will: 1. study of the traditional level of vital activity of indigenous peoples, including modern ethno-cultural and ethnic processes in various countries of the world; 2. To determine the specifics of the language, ethnic territory, peculiarities of life and culture, ethno genesis and ethnic history of indigenous peoples; 3. To promote the promotion and implementation of indigenous issues at the international level; 4. To apply the instrumental and sources of knowledge on the basis of ethnological knowledge, as well as methods of ordering materials with the help of universal classifications, articles in culture science; 5. use of the concept of the culture of indigenous peoples in its syncretic variety, determined by the material conditions of life and the worldview of human. Appointment of discipline. The course is intended to provide graduate students with the knowledge to summarize the knowledge, skills and habits acquired previously in the course of studying the general course of "Indigenous Cultures" through an in-depth solution of a number of problems: a study of the general and specific ethno cultural differences of indigenous peoples; analysis of the existing forms of material culture, social institutions, ideology, folk art, the life support system of indigenous peoples in the context of their adaptation to the natural environment, etc. In studying the discipline, the following aspects will be considered: The features of the formation of the ethnic landscape; Features of traditional indigenous cultures; The life of the world in the understanding of indigenous cultures; Traditional rituals and holidays in the life of indigenous peoples; Nomadism as a type of culture; The main features of the culture of nomads of the Eurasian space.

Description - Aim of discipline – the study of the mythological picture of the world as a syncretic form of culture, the consideration of the theory of myth as an independent field of knowledge about culture, the identification of the specifics of specific research approaches and practices of studying the myth. As a result of studying the discipline, the master student will be able to: 1. to uncover cultural factors, to determine the nature of the changes occurring in culture, through the analysis of the mythology of myth and life; 2. to reveal the principles of understanding of one's society with its intertwining of norms, values and notions and at the same time to promote the perception of it by people of other societies, with their inherent uniqueness in relation to myth, life, and the goals of human existence. 3. to have knowledge in the field of the specifics of myth and mythological thinking as a way of mastering the world; 4. to be able to analyze the logic and main stages of the development of mythology, its conformity to the cultural and historical dynamics and the development of forms of rationality; 5. it is reasoned and logical, based on the whole array of material studied and using the categorical apparatus of discipline, to present knowledge in the field of the theory of myth. Appointment of discipline. Analysis of various forms of culture of myth and life, types of myth, basic concepts of the theory of myth and philosophical problems of understanding the phenomena of the culture of myth and life. The course provides an opportunity to re-organize knowledge on the history and theory of culture, the history of philosophy and world art culture, focusing on the cultural philosophical issues. In studying the discipline, the following aspects will be considered: Mythology, its typology and functions; Theoretical approaches in the study of myths: culture, ethnographic, sociological, philosophical, philological, etc. .; Myth and Science: the basic theories of the myth of the 21st century; Myth as "collective representations"; Myths and mass culture; Myth-creation as a productive mechanism of culture; Mythology and utopia as cultural phenomena.
