4. formulate problems and tasks of scientific research, choose the appropriate methodology, determine the stages of research, evaluate and interpret the results of the study of problems of diplomatic relations;
5. use conceptual and methodological approaches in the study of cultural diplomacy in the context of various areas of cultural research;
6. critically evaluate the existing methods of analysis in relation to the study of intercultural communications in the history of diplomacy;
7. find new solutions for the newest cultural phenomena of diplomacy, behavioral models and communications, to carry out the independent and effective use of cultural methods of diplomacy research for their interpretation and analysis;
8. carry out independent scientific research in the cultural field of diplomatic relations at the present stage;
9. systematically represent the programs of planning and organizing research on topical issues of cultural diplomacy, practical implementation of educational activities in the disciplines of cultural diplomacy in higher education organizations;
10. find new methods for creating digital portals for the actualization of cultural studies of modern problems of diplomacy;
11. generate the scientific knowledge of various cultural phenomena of diplomacy in the context of changes in the socio-cultural space in their own scientific research in relevant areas;
12. active work in a team and creatively approach the solution of a scientific problem.
