About the program

The purpose of the program is to train professional personnel with fundamental knowledge in the field of jurisprudence, professional competencies that meet the needs of legal support for the public sector, the market economy, and the needs of employers in various spheres of civil society.

Graduate model

1.To demonstrate knowledge of the main modern psychological theories and approaches; establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues; apply psychological knowledge and skills in the field of activity; explain the process of managing personal behavior.
2.To identify problematic issues of human rights protection and independently look for ways to solve them; to analyze the main provisions of human rights legislation; to argue a critical point of view regarding the mechanism of human rights protection; to defend one's point of view in discussions on human rights protection; to give qualified legal opinions on human rights protection.
3.To demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language for active professional communication in the legal environment; explain the theoretical foundations and applied aspects of management; classify management methods and the construction of organizational management structures; evaluate the effectiveness of the main approaches in the management of the organization.
4.To demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the norms governing civil law relations; critically evaluate and interpret legal categories, theoretical concepts characteristic of the science of civil law; possess methods of conducting independent research in the field of civil law; draft contracts in accordance with the rules of legal technology.
5.Analyze the main problems of the implementation of criminal policy and measures to eliminate them; competently interpret and apply regulatory legal acts in the field of criminal law and penal enforcement activities; analyze and give a legal assessment of the activities of law enforcement agencies to combat crime; conduct scientific research in the field of criminal, penal enforcement law and criminology.
6.Analyze the problems of preventing criminal offenses; systematize the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of criminal offenses; formulate proposals for the prevention of criminal offenses; use the knowledge gained in the prevention and prevention of criminal offenses; systematize measures of criminological prevention in various spheres of social life and in relation to different categories of persons using various means provided by law.
7.Critically evaluate and interpret the latest achievements of the theory of civil procedural law; explain the features of civil procedural norms; evaluate the stages of civil procedure; classify objects and subjects of civil procedural legal relations; demonstrate skills and abilities to solve practical problems in the field of procedural legal relations; make statements, claims, complaints, appeals and other acts in accordance with the rules of legal technique.
8.To analyze the stages of development of water legislation; to discuss the specifics of the application of water legislation in legal practice; to systematize new ideas regarding the improvement and development of legislation in the water sector; to draw up legal opinions in accordance with the rules of legal technique.
9.Analyze law as an effective regulator of public relations; using artificial intelligence to determine the functions of law as a social institution; master the methodology and methodology of scientific research in the field of law; skills of independent research; using digital technologies and digital law to draw up legal acts in accordance with the rules of legal technology; provide expert consulting activities on the application of normative legal acts.
10.Critically assess the global trends and dynamics of the development of financial legal relations; analyze theoretical and practical problems of financial law; classify the specifics of legal regulation in the financial sphere; substantiate the features of the institutions of tax, insurance, currency, investment law in the system of financial law.
11.Analyze the peculiarities of administrative regulation of public relations; assess the problems of the development of administrative law; critically evaluate and interpret the stages of the administrative process; integrate knowledge about the activities of administrative courts; understand and solve problems related to the implementation of the norms of the new Administrative procedural and process-related code
12.Demonstrate in-depth modern knowledge in the field of criminal law; formulate and substantiate specific proposals for improving the activities of criminal prosecution bodies; possess methods of conducting independent research on the problems of law enforcement activities of justice bodies and pre-trial investigation; draw up procedural documents in the field of implementation of the norms of criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
