1.Evaluate the problems, approaches and trends that reflect the current state of the international legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the use of these findings in the professional legal field.
2.Qualified to apply international agreements and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in specific areas of professional activity.
3.Conduct legal expertise of draft normative legal acts and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to determine their compliance with the principles of international law and the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4.Possess professional legal terminology, speech for conducting negotiations; represent and protect the interests of the country, individuals and legal entities in judicial, arbitration and other bodies
5.Give qualified legal opinions and. consultations in the relevant areas of professional activity.
6.Analyze the foreign policy processes taking place in the international arena, from the point of view of the possibility of resolving these problems through international law to ensure peace and security, respect for human rights and freedoms.
7.To organize an effective working process for the implementation of professional legal functions; to form comfortable relationships with partners, colleagues; to act in non-standard situations, calculating risks and using emerging opportunities for your company.
8.Identify problematic aspects of legal regulation and suggest ways to improve the legislation and the international legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9.Present the results and conclusions of scientific research in a reasoned manner, conduct a scientific discussion during the presentation of a scientific work or defense.
