DEAR STUDENTS!

We invite students of the bachelor to participation in republican scientifically informative conference "Oomastics - Society - Time" devoted to 80th anniversaries of al Farabi Kazakh National University.

Place of holding –Kazakh National University after al-Farabi

The conference will address the following issues:

1. Onomastic problems in local regions and the ways of their solving;
2. Toponimical names of the history (Give the explanations of names, wcich werent accepted in "Zhanuzakov's toponimical dictionary").
3. Important problems and achievements of public advertisement language.

Language of the conference: Kazakh

In order to participate in the conference author should send the electronic variant of material (no more than 3-4 pages), and another materials i printed form (Tіmes New Roman, 14pt).

Format of the initial part of the paper:

• Title of the paper is centered, in capital letters, bold (Font – size-14 pt.).
• One space below surname and the initials of the author(s) is centered (Font – size-14 pt.) and directly below it country, city, work affiliation and e-mail address is stated (Font – size-12 pt.).
• One space below - Abstract (3-5 sentences) (in Russian, Kazakh and English Languages).
• One space below in italic - Key words (no more than 5 words) (in Russian, Kazakh and English Languages)

Department of General Linguistics and Foreign Languages ​​Kazakh National University named after Al -Farabi invites you to take part in the Republican scientific-theoretical conference of young scientists "Linguistics: Information Technology" , dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Kazakh National University , which will be held March 18, 2013 .

• Do not number pages. Do not use the function "Automatic hyphenation". For the text marking use bold italic. Underlining and discharge are undesirable.
• References are stated within the text in square brackets as e.g.: [7: 72] or [7: 72; 2:33]. The complete list of references is listed in alphabetic order in the end of the paper under the title References (the word is centered, without a punctuation mark).

Настоящая статья посвящена описанию использования информационных технологий в практике лингвистических исследований. Следует отметить, что применение информационно-коммуникационных технологий в обучении фундаментальным и специальным дисциплинам отличаются эффективностью, поскольку используются технологические основы интернета; открытые системы; телекоммуникационные технологии; каналы передачи данных, потребность в которых только увеличивается. В статье рассматриваются вопросы размещения филологических и лингвистических ресурсов в Интернете.

This article describes the use of information technology in the practice of linguistic research. It should be noted that the use of ICT in teaching basic and special disciplines are highly effective and are used as the technological basis for the Internet, open systems, telecommunications technology, data channels, the demand for which is increasing. The article examines the placement of philological and linguistic resources on the Internet.
