2012-2013 school year

On April 16, 2012 there passed the Republican Subject Olympic Games on the Kazakh language. 2 teams of the Kazakh national university participated in the Olympic Games of al-Farabi. Gran at the "Dostyk" team received, the second prize-winning place was occupied by team "Orleu".

on April 6, 2012, hosted an international scientific-theoretical conference "the Syntax of the Kazakh language: the origins and development of modern scientific trends" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Professor Talgat Sayrambaev.

on 23 January 2012 at the department of the state language held a city seminar on the theme "the language Training of students through the reading of works of art". The organizer of the seminar was the chair of the state language.

The chair of the state language at the faculty of philology, literary criticism and world languages of Kaznu named after al-Farabi Kazakh national university in honor of the 80th anniversary of professor Тоmanov Маrhabat holds 20 February 2012 at 10.00 in an audience № 312 of the International scientific-theoretical conference on the theme "Modern trends of philology: the origins of and prospects".

On December, 10th, 2011 in Treasury of Al-Farabi celebratory evening, посвещенный 20 летию Independence РК on a theme «Тәуелсіздік - елдігімнің тірегі» in which students of 1,2 courses of the mechanic-mathematical of faculty have taken part has been spent.

26 ноября 2011 года преподаватели кафедры государственного языка организовали и провели встречу с участниками декабрьского движения под названием «Алматы – золотая колыбель независимости», в котором приняли участие студенты 1 курса, русского отделения факультета «Высшая Школа Экономики и Бизнеса».
