Students of the Chinese studies Department at the international conference "Farabi Alemi"

On April 11-12, “Фараби әлемі” International Conference was held at the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
Participants:
Bachelor, Master and Doctoral students took part in the conference.
The opening of the conference was held on April 11 at 10:00, the work on 5 sections was held 10:30 to 18:00.
Section topics:
Section I. History, economics and politics of the eastern countries
Section II. Actual problems of Oriental languages
Section III. Problems of Literature and Translation of Eastern Countries in Literary Discourse
Section IV. Eastern society, culture, religion
Section V. Eastern countries in the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On April 12, the closing ceremony of the conference and the awarding of the winners took place at the U.A. Zholdasbekov Palace of Students.
The students of the Chinese Department took the following places:

Topic: "ХІХ Congress of the CCP. Policy of "Beautiful China".

The issues discussed:

- Environmental problems of China and the decisions taken at the ХІХ Congress.

- The main goal of the policy of "Beautiful China".

- Ecological problems in China as a lesson for Kazakhstan.

- Comparative analysis between environmental problems of the two countries.

Topic: «Linguistic and cultural features of the concept of "food" (based on Kazakh and Chinese languages)».

The issues discussed:

- Chinese and Kazakh cuisine

- Product names in different linguistic units, i.e. proverbs, phraseological units

- Features of Kazakh and Chinese language.

Beisen Adelina

Topic: China's security concept and its operation within the framework of the SCO
The issues discussed:

-The difference between traditional and modern security concepts

- The main ideas of the modern concept of security and its operations within the SCO

Umurzakova Lyazzat

Topic: Features of Chinese anthroponyms

The issues discussed:

- Chinese names and anthroponyms

- History of Chinese anthroponyms

- Lexical significance of Chinese anthroponyms

Urumbaev Esbol

Topic: Role and interests of Kazakhstan in integration processes in Eurasia
The issues discussed:

- The issue of integration processes in Eurasia in the light of interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- The role of Kazakhstan in region.

- The problems of processes and ways of solving.
