Language is the power of unity

On the Mid-November, the Faculty of Oriental Studies and Confucius Institute jointly organized a language event on the theme “Language is the power of unity”. The purpose of the event was to promote the friendship between the Chinese learners of the Al-Farabi KazNU and the Military Institute, and to enable Chinese beginners to further recognize and understand Chinese culture in such an interesting event. The deputy of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Ykhtyar P., the Director of the Department of Chinese Studies Orazaynkyzy F.,Deputy Head of the Military Institute on educational and ideological work Colonel Khasenov Zh., Director of Foreign Language Department Ph D.Mayor Beysenbaeva attended this event.

The first-year students of the Department of Chinese Studies and the students of the Military Institute expressed their enthusiasm for learning Chinese through various song and dance performances.
