MEETING WITH MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CULTURAL DIPLOMACY

On November 30, 2018, at the Near East and South Asia Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies was held a meeting with a delegation from the International Institute of Cultural Diplomacy (United Arab Emirates). The meeting was attended by the head of the delegation, the director of the International Institute of Cultural Diplomacy, Mohammed Kamil Ali Mueini, the writer Nasser al-Zaheri, the regional manager Walid al-Abed, the owner of Rohmix, Ali Ahmad Ubaid Naqbi, Ubaid al-Tenedi, the dean of the faculty Paltore Yqtiyar Moldatoreuly, teachers of the Near East and South Asia department and students of the 1st and 2nd courses.

During the meeting, the guests were shown the faculty and the students demonstrated a program concert. The anthem of the two countries sounded, and then there was a presentation of the book “The Power of Unification by His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahayan: the Leader and the State” translated by teachers Nadirova G.Е., Seitmetova Zh.R., Kaliyeva Sh.S., Mustafayeva A., Davydova I., Ashinova B., Nurkalykova J. At the end of the event, teachers and students were took a memory photo with the guests.
