HOW TO PREPARE KOREAN CUISINE? THE MASTER CLASS FROM FOREIGN TEACHERS TO ACADEMIC MOBILITY

Usually, most of the students of The Department of the Far East region are girls. The young teachers from South Korea hold a master class in cooking Korean cuisine annually. Korean dishes appeared on the table from the skilled hands of Korean teachers.

Senior teacher Kim Young Mi came to Kazakhstan to work as a volunteer and teach the Korean language. Initially, working at the department as a teacher of the Korean Education Center of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Kazakhstan, she has offered students new forms of learning Korean all the time. The experience of living in Almaty and working at the university became attractive for her and she decided to stay here to work at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. 

A graduate of Kyung Hee University (Republic of Korea) has remained partial to students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University who “persistently striving for success” for four years now. For the next 2019-2020 academic year, Kim Young Mi is going to stay at the department of the Far East region and teach Korean as a full-time teacher.
