March 1, 2019 teachers of the Department of Language and General educational of foreigners of Faculty of Pre-University Education held an open educational event "1^st of the March – The Day of Gratitude" in the framework of the project "Ainalandy nurlandyr" for foreign students studying the Russian language.

March 1, 2019 teachers of the Department of Language and General educational of foreigners of Faculty of Pre-University Education held an open curatorial hour "Russian souvenir matryoshka". During the event, a master class on painting dolls was held.

On the Republican competition «The best teacher of universities in 2018» vice dean of the faculty of pre-university education, PhDTileuberdi E. was winner. We congratulate our colleague with the achievement and wish them success!

February 22 in the walls of the KazNU. Al-Farabi will host the 6th research conference Young al-Farabi, which will bring together students from all over Kazakhstan 

On February 11-15, 2019 "International Friendship Club" of the Department of Language and general education of foreigners of the Faculty of Pre-university Education held "Days of USA". The program included an open curatorial hour "What we know about America", watching an American film, organizing a round table on "Musical culture of the USA", as well as a photo exhibition with views of the country. American students studying at the Faculty took an active part in the process of preparation and holding of the "Days of USA".

Nursulu Matbek member and instructor of “Parasat Club” with students of pre-university faculty of Al-farabi Kazakh National University were introduced with the hall of Alash Defender which is located in the library of Al-farabi Kazakh National University, students got more information about works and biography of honored people who have fought for independence of Kazakhstan with their works and sacrifices. History of Alash and its heritages is a great symbol for foreign students.

Advisors of Afghan students of pre-university faculty of Al-farabi Kazakh National University:   G.Tastemirova, N.Matbek, G. Tleuezhanova, G.Sapayeva in order to introduce the faculties of the university to students visited from the faculties and met the students of the faculties and the other stuff of the departments, so the students passed the languages and others exams which is required by university for admission of students to university. Study to the best education center of Republic of Kazakhstan is the dream of everyone.

Nursulu Matbek member and instructor of “Parasat Club” with students of pre-university faculty of Al-farabi Kazakh National University participated to the scientific-practical conference which was held on the journalism faculty of Al-Farabi Kazak National University by the name of “30 years after withdrawal of Soviet Union Army from Afghanistan” the conference was organized by AFGQAZ association and Ban Ki-moon Institute for Sustainable Development .

Students of Afghanistan and members of “Parasat Club”   figured out that independent Kazakh government has suggested a relationship based on peace, friendship and cooperation with all counties in the world and also the continuous friendship and economic relationship between two countries (Afghanistan and Kazakhstan).

February 5, 2019 teachers of the Department of Language and general education of foreigners of the Faculty of Pre-university Education held an open educational event on the theme "New year on the Eastern calendar".

30.01.2019 there was a round table, that is dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi on the theme “Ecology of the city: are they responsable for the organization or each person?”.
