The agreement to re-publish a unique and rare book was reached during the visit of the delegation of KazNU headed by Rector Galym Mutanov to Azerbaijan in December 2018

The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Philippe Martiné, and experts in the climate change from the RSE «Kazhydromet», LLP «Institute of Geography», U.M. Sultangazin Institute for Space Research, as well as scientists of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department of the Faculty of Geography.
