The presentation of the book "Polish-Lithuanian Tatars - Heirs of the Golden Horde" by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, poet, journalist, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Selim Khazbievich took place in the Scientific Library of the Al–Farabi Kazakh National University.

In order to identify the best employees of KazNU the competition "Best Specialist-2022" was held. The organizer of the competition was the labour union of employees of KazNU named after al-Farabi "Parasat". This year the 12th contest was dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The professor of KazNU, academician Leyla Akhmetova won the first place in the international competition "Leader of Public Diplomacy" organized with the support of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.
